IMAGINATION AND RELAPSE

Updated: Apr 22, 2020

i always wondered why i couldn't drink once every 6 months. That is only 2 times in 365 days. Now that I am sober, I completely understand why drinking only several times annually is a virtual impossibility for the real alcoholic.

RELAPSE REAWAKENS IMAGINATION.

IMAGINATION IGNITES DESIRE.

Even an unpleasant relapse will fuel the imagination. A bad experience can create a strong urge to repeat the same experience with a different outcome. Relapse awakens imagination from its dormant state. Keep the imagination dormant if you want to stay sober or married. Don't go looking up old boyfriends and girlfriends on Facebook. Sexual desire works the same way

Desire is desire.
